The second project was a much deeper dive into HTML and CSS coding. The goal of this project was to make three panels containing the same information. The first panel was created using only Bootstrap components. For the second and third panel we learned how to download a free Bootstrap theme and incorporate in our website. The second panel contained the code downloaded from the theme and the updated HTML with the information from panel one. The third panel had the theme, updated HTML, and updated custom CSS.
This project was a new challenge for me since the theme contained more elaborate code than I had seen before. I felt like I learned a lot about coding by combing through the various sections of code to make sure I was editing the appropriate lines. This project also exposed me to new elements within the code such as adding icons and incorporating the grid system.
